What we look for
Strong technical foundation. A degree (or equivalent self-taught depth) in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics — and the willingness to apply that depth to messy product problems.
Shipping mindset. Production code, not slides. Comfortable owning a feature end-to-end from problem framing to monitoring.
AI fluency. Hands-on with LLM agents, matching systems, or modern ML — and able to assess where AI is the right tool versus where simpler approaches win.
Hybrid working. We work hybrid from our Jersey City, NJ office, with onsite collaboration a few days each week.
